Dual Line Systems from Alemite are ideal for a number of applications. Typically consisting of a central controller, two main supply lines, metering valves and discharge lines, these quality Alemite systems generate high pressure over long distances. You can easily add or delete lubrication points with these systems, making them perfect for an evolving application.

Cleans and dries air before it goes to the pump to prevent dirty, humid air from stalling pump.
Recommended accessories:
Start/stops air flow to the pump.
The centerpiece of any central lube system - allows users to set timing or machine strokes for lube cycles; features an alarm circuit for remote alarm or function

Sends lube cycle complete to controller, shutting off air to the pump. Adjustable 280 psi (19 bar) to 3,000 psi (207) bar 115 VAC, 7.5 amp max. load.
note: use if 387800 is not used
Uses a pressure-sensing mechanism to alternatively pressurize or relieve the flow of lubricant from one line to the other as the system cycles. The valve reverses automatically with pressure from the lubricant supply pump and the low pressure side is vented back to the supply pump reservoir.
Mounting Kit (387800): Includes Mounting Bracket, (2) Gauges, Strainer (380372-B1) and Cycle Switch
Omit Pressure Switch (340098) when using kit.
Dual Line Valves are designed for use in two line, high-pressure centralized lubrication systems. A dual line system can move large volumes of grease or oil over long distances. These valves are available in two, four, six and eight outlets with and without indicator. Valves can be converted to a single outlet to double lubricant output to a bearing or when an odd number of bearings are present.
Valves are DD-50 series
