Alemite Series Progressive Lubrication Systems are designed to accurately dispense lubricant to multiple lubrication points. Through a series of metering pistons, grease or oil is delivered to critical components in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our series progressive systems are designed to handle extreme temperatures and can be easily installed to service a number of applications.

Filter/Regulator/Lubricator: (339934)

Cleans and dries air before it goes to the pump to prevent dirty, humid air from stalling pump.

Recommended accessories:

3-Way Solenoid Valve

Start/stops air flow to the pump.

CLS1000 Controller (387780)

The centerpiece of any central lube system - allows users to set timing or machine strokes for lube cycles; features an alarm circuit for remote alarm or function

• (387807-1)

Oil
• 6 pt (387807-2)
• 12 pt (387807-3)
• 20 pt (387807-4)

Pump (AMP series)

Positive displacement of lubricant throughout the system. Use 711-R for all 35 lb. pail applications. Oil or Grease Reservoir (Plastic or Metal) 6 pt, 6 lb; 12 pt, 12 lb; 20 pt, 20 lb Pneumatic Pumps (single-acting): 387802-1, -2, -3, -4

Refer to Service Guide 670933 for specifications and technical data.

High Pressure Switch (387808-1)

Rupture disc is standard 2,050 psi. If ruptured, indicating downstream blockage, the switch contacts are made sending a fault condition to the Controller/Monitor.

Filter (Grease or Oil)

Valves (SP, HP, LX, SV series)

Available in various configurations to handle grease or oil, these valves operate in a series progressive manner. Pistons inside the valves move back and forth in a continuous cycle to dispense a metered amount of lubricant through the outlets of the valves and to the bearings.
